ONLINE STORE POLICY

15- Day Return Policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase! If you're not satisfied, you can return most items within 15 days from the date of delivery for store credit.

Online Return Guidelines:

  • Eligibility: Items must be in their original condition, unused, and with all original tags and packaging. Any product that shows signs of smoke smell or makeup stains will be refused and will incur shipping fees to return the item to you.
  • Sale Items: All sale items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • Sizing: Please email us at honeycottonboutique@gmail.com with any sizing questions beforepurchasing to ensure the best fit.
  • How to Return: To initiate a return, please contact us at honeycottonboutique@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.
  • Store Credit: Once the return is processed and inspected, we will issue a store credit for the full amount of the returned item. Store credit can be used toward any future purchases and has no expiration.
  • Shipping Fees: Shipping fees are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item was defective or the return is due to an error on our part.
  • Swimwear sales are Final Sale due to hygiene purposes 

  •  IN-STORE PURCHASE POLICY 

Purchases made inside INKspiration Prints by Lorraine are final sale. Due to no dressing room currently being available, size exchanges for the same item may be accepted within 7 days if the item is unworn, has tags attached, and the requested size is available in stock.

No refunds or store credit will be issued for in-store purchases.
